Born: December 13th, 2016

Cinderella has lived with Diane and Dave Kingston since she was 8 weeks old. Since day one she has proven to be a laid-back, sweet-natured princess who loves nothing more than being with her people. She started in the show ring as a baby puppy where she focused on having fun and meeting new friends. As she grew, she began her success in the ring, multiple group placements, multiple puppy groups, and best puppy in shows as a young puppy.

 

Cinder's success continued in 2018 when she was awarded a Reserve Best In Show and multiple group wins and placements at 15 months of age, she was only shown once in Canada.  She was then taken to the USA where she placed 3rd in the 12-18 class at the Poodle Club of America national show.  Later in the year, she attained her American Championship and American Grand Championship in only four weekends, owner handled start to finish.  In her time in the USA, she was awarded many Best of Breed and Group placings.  She was also awarded a Best of Variety at a Specialty Show and an Owner-Handled Reserve Best In Show.  Cinderella and Diane ended the 2018-2019 AKC National Owner Handled Series as the #9 Standard Poodle having only been shown three weekends at qualifying shows and earning her Bronze status.

In 2019, she came back to Canada and was shown a total of four weekends. On her first weekend out she was awarded a Best in Show, she closed out the year as the #1 Owner Handled Standard Poodle, #2 Standard Poodle Female and #4 Standard Poodle in Canada.

​

In 2020, Cinder was only shown two days in Canada, and she ended the year as the #5 Standard poodle in the country. Unbeknownst to us at the time, Cinder and I closed out our 2020 show year in February at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in New York.  Westminster was a fabulous experience and we look forward to showing there again in the future.

Cinder's show career will remain limited while she continues to focus on her other passions: herding and obedience.
